Our Story

We're on a mission to help businesses grow.

How It Started

My name is Robert Coats, and I launched Rabbit Review Manager after years of helping businesses, nonprofits, and local organizations become more visible online.

Since 2009, I have owned and operated Kinsey Street Online Marketing, where much of my work has focused on Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, Google Business Profile visibility, reporting, and helping organizations understand what is actually driving calls, leads, and engagement.

Over the years, one thing kept showing up again and again: reviews mattered more than many people realized.

A business could have a good website, strong advertising, and a real commitment to serving its customers, but if its reviews were weak, outdated, unmanaged, or ignored, people hesitated. On the other hand, a steady stream of honest reviews often gave potential customers the confidence they needed to take the next step.

That is why I launched Rabbit.

Rabbit Review Manager exists to give businesses a practical way to request reviews, respond with care, understand customer feedback, and make better use of the trust they have already earned.

It is not meant to be another complicated marketing platform. It is a focused reputation management solution designed to help businesses make reviews a normal, manageable part of how they operate.

Rabbit is also rooted in the belief that strong businesses help create stronger communities. As Rabbit grows, we plan to donate to and support Feeding America, helping strengthen food banks that serve communities across the country, including the communities where our client partners live and work.

Our Values

What drives everything we do.

Earned Trust

Reviews should reflect real customer experiences, honest feedback, and consistent follow-through.

Simplicity

Business owners already have enough to manage. Review management should be practical, understandable, and easy to keep up with.

Responsiveness

Customer feedback matters most when it is fresh. Businesses should be able to respond quickly, thoughtfully, and professionally.

Listening First

Reviews are more than ratings. They are a window into what customers are experiencing and where a business can improve.

Community

Local businesses help shape the communities around them. As Rabbit grows, we want our work to support our client partners and the people they serve.

Service

Rabbit is a Service-Disabled Veteran-owned small business. Service, follow-through, and purpose are part of who we are.
